Dhanesh Kothari, the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Arihanta Academy, is based in Switzerland and is a tech entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in information technology.

In addition to being the CTO at Arihanta Academy, he is in the process of taking off his second startup, pi2.Life, an online platform for finding shop locations and for sending business sourcing inquiries to brands or manufacturers of products meeting sustainability criteria. He has co-founded Beyond Animal which is a first of its kind digital platform for business networking, investment matchmaking and live events for vegan, plant-based industry. Dhanesh is also a mentor, advisor, and judge at several well-known startup accelerators and part of the expert assessment panel at Solar Impulse Foundation in Switzerland.

Before turning into an entrepreneur, Dhanesh worked at Syntel, Accenture, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan in senior management positions. In these roles, he led global teams of people developing large-scale, strategic software platforms. He is passionate about bringing Jain sustainability principles at global scale using technology innovations. He has put those into practice through his own startups as well as majority of the startups that he selects for mentorship.
