Pramod Patel, the co-founder, Board member and Chief of Academic Compliance Officer of Arihanta Institute, is a second-generation person born to immigrants from India and raised in San Francisco, California. He received ten years of elementary and high school education in Vadodara, Gujarat. He was one of youngest officer for the Asian American Hotel Owners Association. His family has been following the Jain dharma practices for five generations now. He is a current board member of the Jain Center of Northern California. He has been very active with the mumukshu group (followers of Shrimad Rajchandra) for the last 30 years, conducts regular bhakti, and lectures. His hobbies include playing golf and reading philosophy.
